TBTN is part of a worldwide movement\, which allows students a safe space to take a stand against sexual assault and interpersonal violence by listening to survivor stories\, sharing their experience if they choose\, and seeking support from resources.  ACC’s Student Life\, the Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance\, and the District Clinical Counseling team commemorates this national day of action by elevating the strong voices of those affected by these issues. \nThis year\, the event will be in person at the Highland Campus with a vendor fair\, activities\, and a Keynote Address with a Speak Out Session. DESCRIPTION:Join AFSSA and Voices Against Violence\, Multicultural Engagement Center\, and the Gender & Sexuality Center at the University of Texas to explore what love means to you – for yourself\, your communities\, and your cultures. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day\, we will creatively explore how love shows up for us through painting\, drawing\, and multimedia art. We will also have discussions about how our cultures and communities may inform the way we approach love and relationships. Resources on healthy relationships and preventing interpersonal violence will be available.\nWe will be on campus for this event. A hot cocoa bar and art supplies will be provided.
