Reporting to the Executive Director, and acting as a member of the leadership team, the Director will implement business, administrative, and operations procedures and protocols that support compliance, client service delivery, and community education and outreach. The Director coaches and develops direct service program managers; uses project management tools to ensure grant deliverables, performance, compliance, and documentation; and provides program and organizational development. Director of Finance
Reporting to the Executive Director, and acting as a member of the leadership team, the Director will: coordinate and manage the flow of financial requests and information between staff and the bookkeeper, between agency and grantors; coordinate and review all grant billings and monthly financial statements; serve as the contact person for all grantor financial communications; interface directly with G&A Partners (PEO, for payroll and HR) to ensure the online payroll and HR system continues to meet the needs of the agency and staff, work with ED to develop and monitor agency budget. Sexual Assault Advocate
Reporting to the Sexual Assault Program Coordinator, the Sexual Assault Advocate will be responsible for providing culturally-grounded and trauma-informed supportive client services for Asian and immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence and trafficking. Holistic services provided will consider cultural, language and religious dynamics that are traditional barriers to the Asian and immigrant community in fully utilizing available community resources to ensure safety and well-being.
